A still young Internet company with a new concept in the area of human resources and recruiting was faced with the decision to redesign its sales activities or to accept stagnating or declining booking rates. With the help of confluentes, a new sales concept based on various sales channels and a short to medium-term time horizon was developed as quickly as possible. After the first conception phase, a part of the sales strategy was then implemented in the second project phase, in the area of tele-sales, together with two consultants for ten weeks.

For this purpose, approximately 60,000 contacts in 21 countries were contacted via Internet questionnaires. With a participation rate of approx. 10%, confluentes completely evaluated and processed the results in customer format. Within the study all areas from the product to the customer service to events and web-based support were analysed. Hereconfluentes supported both the questionnaire setup and the programming of the evaluation in SPSS and Excel as well as the complete preparation of the 22 reports in approx. 2,100 PowerPoint slides for all national companies.

Key-Take-Away:

Our client has seen the success through the changes in sales and web-based services. However, in many countries there were still numerous levers for improvements in order to strengthen customer loyalty and ultimately increase sales. Here, the concept of the "Customer Satisfaction Superstars" was applied.
